Sarah's Story

Sarah Martin brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across healthcare, life sciences, and founder-led businesses.

She began her career at Ernst & Young, advising high-growth companies in audit and M&A, before serving as Chief Financial Officer of Genova Diagnostics, where she helped scale the company from $18 million to $100 million in revenue and through a successful sale.

In addition to her corporate experience, Sarah is the Founder and CEO of Green River Botanicals, giving her firsthand perspective into the challenges business owners face as they grow and evolve.

Sarah previously served as an Engagement Partner with Kaplan CFO Solutions and now returns as a Fractional CFO, partnering with leadership teams to bring clarity, structure, and forward-looking financial strategy.
