Clarity Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the completion of a management-led buyout and recapitalization of the Alliance Distribution Partners, LLC, which closed in March 2023. Financing was provided by a group of strategic investors and Bluehenge Capital Partners. Renasant Bank provided senior credit facilities.

Alliance Distribution Partners is a wholesale distributor of industrial, welding, safety and consumer products based in Hendersonville, TN. The Company offers over 300,000 products from 200 leading industry brands across several reseller channels. Founded as an industrial supply wholesaler, Alliance now also serves as a supply chain resource for retailers, omni-channel wholesalers and integrated supply resellers across the United States.
